It's wonderful how we could share the new year celebration with everyone in an instant. Not just by text, but with pictures and images. It's already 2:38am here in the Philippines and the noise and firecrackers have already stopped. We've also finished our "media noche" a while ago.
Fireworks and firecrackers are fun to watch but can also be dangerous. Take for example this "saturn rocket" that almost hit us:
